EM160-SY three-phase energy meter is a rail mounted prepaid energy meter mainly used in the field of energy management for three-phase networks with frequencies ranging from 45~65Hz. It has very high measurement accuracy and anti-interference ability.
EM160-SY can measure electrical parameters such as electricity, voltage, and current in the power grid, and can read data and set parameters locally through the LCD display screen. All data can be exchanged with the upper computer through encrypted RS485 communication, enabling remote monitoring in the background. The high-power relay built into the instrument can directly perform opening and closing operations, realizing the function of paid management, greatly facilitating the automation management of electricity consumption.Prepaid energy meters are divided into two types: direct input type and transformer access type, which can be applied to circuits of different capacities. When used in conjunction with a prepaid management system, it can effectively improve the level of electricity management.
EM160-SY has a compact and small appearance, making it easy to install in terminal distribution boxes. Widely applicable to schools, airports, shopping malls, collective dormitories, schools, and other fields.

Function Introduction |
Measurement function |
Voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency; Active power, reactive power, real-time demand 2-31 harmonic analysis; |
Electricity metering function |
Combined active total electricity measurement, combined active electricity measurement for each rate; Positive and negative total active electricity measurement, positive and negative active electricity measurement for each rate; Combined reactive power 1 total electricity measurement, combined reactive power 1 electricity measurement for each rate; Combination reactive power 2 total electricity meters, each rate combination reactive power 2 electricity meters; Four quadrant reactive power total electricity measurement, four quadrant electricity measurement for each rate; The total amount is measured in electricity, and each rate is measured in electricity; |
Time of use billing |
Up to 4 rates, 12 time periods, 8 daily time period tables, 12 annual time zones, and 90 public holidays can be set; It has two sets of time zone tables, two sets of daily time zone tables, two sets of rate electricity prices, two sets of tiers, and can be switched at set time points; |
Prepaid fees |
Remote prepaid function, pay first, then use electricity; The instrument can set up to 4 tariff rates and 4 tiered tariff rates; Overdraft function allows users to overdraw a certain fee when the electricity bill amount is 0; Hoarding function, the remaining amount in the table cannot exceed the set maximum stored value; |
Settlement function |
The instrument can automatically save the current power and demand data according to the pre-set settlement time; The instrument can save the electricity consumption data settled in the previous 12 months and the maximum demand data settled in the previous 3 months; The settlement date parameter can be set arbitrarily within 1-28 days of each month; The instrument automatically settles the tiered electricity based on the set settlement cycle; |
Freeze function |
Periodic timed freezing function: Based on the set freezing time, it can achieve timed freezing of electricity data on a monthly, daily, or hourly basis; Instant freezing function: Immediately freeze the current battery level after receiving the instant freezing command through communication; Agreed freeze function: When two sets of time zone tables switch, two sets of daily time zone tables switch, or when there is a transition to tiered electricity prices, a agreed freeze is triggered once; |
Event recording function |
Extreme value data recording: Record the maximum and minimum values of voltage, current, and occurrence time for the current day, the previous day, and history; Zeroing event record: Zeroing battery level and demand, the instrument records the last 3 zeroing events respectively; Time calibration event record: The instrument records the last 10 time calibration events; Power purchase event record: The instrument records the last 10 power purchase events; Relay opening and closing event record: The instrument records the last 10 opening and closing records of the relay output; Switching event recording: The instrument can record SOE events of digital switching inputs; Power on and power-off records |
Over limit alarm function |
Power outage and alarm function for overdue payments; Malignant load recognition function, which can identify high-power electrical appliances such as fast heating and electric furnaces, and achieve alarm and automatic power-off; |
input/output |
